Dr Mouna Jameleddine is Head of the HTA Department at the Tunisian National Authority for Assessment and Accreditation in Health (INEAS). She has held several leadership positions in international networks; She is co-chair of GINAHTA, a joint scientific group of the International Network of Agencies for HTA (INAHTA) and the Guidelines International Network
(GIN) focusing on collaboration between decision making disciplines, and member of the Advisory Board of INGUIDE (the International Guideline Development Certification Program) of GIN and McMaster University. She also served as chair of the Middle East and Africa HTA Roundtable of the Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research
(ISPOR) from 2019 to 2023, and as a board member and then vice-president of INAHTA from 2018 to 2022.
With more than 15 years of experience in public health, Dr Jameleddine plays a leading role in the development of HTA in Tunisia and the Middle East and African region, focusing on leveraging its use for pricing and coverage decisions. She has authored and co-authored many scientific publications and led several HTA capacity building activities across the region.
Previously, she collaborated within the cabinet of the Minister of Health on defining health technologies policies.
