Kevin Pothier is the a/Director of Policy and Economic Analysis for a pricing regulatory agency in Canada, the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board which he joined after his role as the Executive Director of the publicly funded drug plans for the Province of New Brunswick Kevin is a pharmacist who has worked in both the community, corporate settings, and pharmacy industry. He has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, regulation, reimbursement, formulary management, market dynamics in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, and drug negotiations. Kevin has dedicated his career to improving access and affordability for Canadian patients and driving change through evidence-based decision making. Kevin played a key role in the early establishment of the pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance, which has helped support the sustainability of Canada’s publicly funded health care system.
